Senior UX Copywriter:

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Copywriter at the Associate Creative Director (ACD) level , which aligns with a Senior Manager title . This role is not managerial in nature but requires senior-level expertise and individual contributor excellence .

The ideal candidate must be a dedicated UX copywriter —not a general copywriter with occasional UX experience. They will need a proven track record of crafting UX and product copy for major, recognizable brands , demonstrating their ability to shape seamless digital experiences across mobile, web, and product platforms .

Additionally, the candidate must possess outstanding client-facing and presentation skills , acting as the face of the agency to high-profile clients. They should be comfortable leading discussions, presenting work, handling feedback, and addressing challenges professionally .

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft UX and product copy for websites, apps, and digital products , ensuring clarity, consistency, and intuitive user experiences .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, UX strategists, and product managers to shape seamless digital experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of communication with enterprise clients , leading presentations and managing direct stakeholder engagements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and UX writing best practices across multiple digital platforms.
  • Apply a user-centered approach to content strategy , writing with accessibility, usability, and engagement in mind.
  • Act as the agency’s primary representative for client discussions , confidently addressing feedback, advocating for strategic decisions, and handling challenges proactively.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Senior UX Copywriter / UX Content Strategist title (ACD/Senior Manager level).
  • Proven experience working with major household-name brands (must be clearly visible in resume/portfolio).
  • Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills , including stakeholder management and leadership in high-profile meetings.
  • Strong expertise in writing UX and product copy —not marketing, advertising, or campaign-driven content.
  • Experience working within design systems , ensuring consistency across digital experiences.
  • Background in agency or consulting environments , managing high-profile digital copy projects.

This is a senior-level individual contributor role , requiring expertise in UX copywriting, brand-focused content strategy, and enterprise-level collaboration .
