Medix is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Director. The ideal candidate will be experienced in taking and transcribing meeting minutes, managing Zoom meetings, and coordinating calendar scheduling. This role will play a key part in supporting our Behavioral Health Forum meetings and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
