We are seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to Operations, such as but not limited to, building out customer accounts, creating welcome packets
· Order supplies and coordinate with coffee vendors, restaurant catering/lunch orders and other vendors, as well as building management when needed
· General office space and conference room maintenance
· Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors and answer and direct phone calls
· Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, as well as manage outgoing mail and small parcels
· Assist with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure: printer errors, computer set up, etc.
· Provide administrative support to senior executives as assigned, to include travel arrangements, calendar management, personal tasks
· Complete or assist with special projects as requested by senior management
· Other duties assigned ad-hoc
