TODD represents vendors that specialize in products for the Hospitality Design Community in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. We collaborate with various renowned brands in the Hospitality Industry, including Better Designed Lighting, Blue Leaf Hospitality, Cortina Leathers, Florida Seating, Global Views, National Solutions, Samelson Chatelane, and Speakman. Our goal is to provide high-quality, innovative design solutions to our community.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Atlanta, GA, with work from home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day clerical tasks, managing email communications, providing executive administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth office operations. Tasks include scheduling appointments, managing emails, tracking projects, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance preferred
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive is a plus
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field is a plus
