Responsibilities:
Facilitate the seamless onboarding experience for new financial advisors.
Address and resolve advisor inquiries regarding transitions and operational procedures.
Cultivate strong professional relationships with advisors, fostering a supportive environment.
Collaborate internally to ensure efficient resolution of advisor needs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of advisor support processes.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or advisor support role within the financial sector.
Proficiency with large broker-dealer platforms (like Fidelity or Pershing) or similar.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
