📍 Location: Erie, PA 16509
🕒 Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week (flexibility based on property needs)
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We’re looking for an outgoing and organized Leasing & Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Erie!
In this role, you’ll be the face of the community — helping prospective renters find their new home, supporting current residents, and assisting with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Provide property tours and respond to inquiries
- Follow up on leads and prepare leasing documents
- Process applications, deposits, and move-ins
- Assist with lease renewals, rent collection, and resident notices
- Support tenant communication and move-in/move-out inspections
Marketing & Outreach
- Assist with marketing strategies and local outreach
- Monitor leasing trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate on promotional efforts with the marketing team
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain leasing paperwork and resident files
- Track vacancies, renewals, and leasing activity
- Log and follow up on service requests
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (property management software a plus)
- Familiarity with Fair Housing and ADA guidelines is helpful
- Valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation required
💪 Physical & Work Requirements
- Combination of office work and walking the property
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent standing, bending, and light activity
