Refactor Games is a AAA sports video game studio . We are developing the next generation of professional football (soccer) video games using Unreal Engine 5 . We’re looking for a contract Art Director / Concept Artist to define the visual identity of our titles. The look is grounded in realism—authentic players, stadiums, and presentation—but with a subtle, deliberate layer of video game stylization to push visual clarity and emotional tone.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can define and own the style guide , key art , mood boards , and visual language for everything from players and kits to UI, stadiums, lighting, and presentation.
