Part-Time Art Handler

We are seeking talented and driven part-time/art handler to join our organization. If the candidate shows interest and aptitude, there is potential for full-time employment. As an art handler for AirSea Packing, your role is to collect, pack/crate, and deliver high-value items for transportation across the world. It is a role which requires communication, awareness and forward thinking, as well being detail-oriented. Given our client base, maintaining a professional attitude and comportment is crucial.

Position Overview:

• The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a flawless attention to detail, excellent communication skills along with the ability to provide world-class service to our exclusive clientele.
• The ideal candidate must understand exceptional customer service and must have a track-record exuding such understanding.

Desire skill set:

• Familiarity with Artwork, Sculptures and Antiques, Including 2D and 3D Artworks - knowledge of medium, backing and various installation techniques
• Familiarity with Basic Tools - drill, power saw, level, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, execute detailed paperwork, and ability to work closely with high end clients.

• Flexibility - we handle unique items every day
• A considerate knowledge in art history and/or production, fabrication and carpentry are a plus.
