Associate Financial Advisor and Planner

Westport, CT | Onsite | $110,000–$130,000

We’re hiring a Associate Financial Advisor and Planner to take over and grow a portfolio of existing clients. In this role, you'll work alongside a Lead Advisor to ensure a smooth transition, build strong client relationships, and provide trusted financial guidance. This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise, contribute to client success, and grow within a well-established firm.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop an assigned book of clients
• Build trust and deliver personalized financial advice
• Support clients with investment, retirement, and tax planning strategies
• Conduct regular reviews and adjust financial plans as needed
• Partner with the Lead Advisor to ensure seamless service transitions
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and gain referrals
• Stay compliant with all industry regulations and firm policies

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
• Active Series 66 or 65 license preferred
• CFP® designation preferred
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• A passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial goals
