Job Description:
Provide in-room and remote support for enterprise-level audio-visual conference technologies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain AV systems across 325 conference rooms
- Facilitate VTC calls via Teams, Zoom, and Cisco platforms
- Assist users with in-room and virtual presentations
- Ensure accurate content delivery in meetings
- Engage with clients and executives with professional efficiency
- Walk extensively across floors to support AV needs
- Use ServiceNow (or similar) ticketing for issue tracking
Must-Haves :
- 5 years' professional experience as an Audio Visual (AV) Technician.
- Strong technical aptitude and passion for audio-visual technology.
- Experience supporting corporate environments (e.g., large headquarters or enterprise offices).
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership, including C-level executives and board members.
- Ability to work in a physically active role with extensive walking across multiple floors each day.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Windows, and ServiceNow ticketing systems (or similar tools).
- Professional, customer-facing demeanor — business casual, team-oriented, effective communicator.
