Location: 10 E Lynn Blvd, Sterling, IL 61081
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Compensation: $23–$35/hr (Hourly + Bonus) OR Flat Rate w/ Accelerators up to $8/hr + Bi-weekly Guarantee
Average Annual Income: $54,600 – $89,440

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience
• Strong skills in:
  • Steering, Suspension & Alignment
  • Heating & Cooling Systems
• Some experience with:
  • Electrical Diagnostics & Repairs
  • Engine Diagnostics & Repairs
• Familiarity with Digital Vehicle Inspections
• Valid Driver's License & Personal Tools
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
