The Banking Center Manager III is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service banking office, including operations, regulatory compliance, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives. The Banking Center Manager III develops new deposit business; provides a superior level of customer service, and promotes the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. This officer provides leadership, training and supervision to office staff. The Banking Center Manger III participates in community initiatives to increase the Bank’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business relationship opportunities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
The position is responsible for the supervision of all office employees and is expected to provide leadership, training and support to staff members.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. In the course of performing the duties and responsibilities of this position spends time writing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), sitting, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing, kneeling and reaching.
The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machine, adding machine, computer and related printers.
