Shift: Mon-Fri, 40 hour weeks, start at 8am or 9am

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Registration and Support Advocate on behalf of a confidential healthcare client in Louisville. This role helps patients access prescribed medications by guiding them through enrollment and coverage processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with program enrollment and eligibility.
- Communicate approvals, denials, and next steps.
- Coordinate treatment shipments.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in customer service; 1+ year in a call center.
- Familiarity with insurance and benefit verification.
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or healthcare-related experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient support programs.
