Our client is a rapidly growing regional waste hauler in immediate need of an Operations Supervisor in the North Houston, TX area. The Operations Supervisor manages collection routes, driver and laborer performance, ensuring all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. Responsibilities include scheduling resources, monitoring driver performance and safety, overseeing routes, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations. The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, prior waste management experience (Residential, Roll-Off, or Commercial FL), and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The position is closing shift. Compensation includes an $85-$105K annual salary, 10% bonus eligibility, a company vehicle for field activities, and comprehensive benefits starting the first of the month after hire.
