South Houston Company is hiring a Payroll/ Human Resources Generalist for their organization. Will be responsible for payroll for salary and hourly employees, for approximately 75. Must have experience with processing complex payroll, due to multiple projects or shifts, ideally out of engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related industry. Will manage onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits, 401K, recruiting, HR Compliance and Employee relations. Looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a bachelor's degree. This position will work on site and bilingual skills-Spanish is a plus!
