A prominent player in complex infrastructure and mission-critical projects is seeking a Safety Specialist to support a high-profile data center build. This position plays a key role in fostering a proactive, team-driven safety culture across all phases of construction.
About the Role
As a Safety Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in driving an Incident and Injury-Free Culture (IIFC) on site. You’ll support compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations while collaborating with field leadership to execute safety initiatives. This includes maintaining a site-specific Safety Roadmap, facilitating incident investigations, and supporting the coordination of safety meetings and trainings.

Work Environment
Work is conducted both in office and active construction site environments, with occasional tasks performed at heights or in confined spaces. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
