Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a role where

Position Overview:
• Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: Chicago, IL and surrounding suburbs
• Employment Type: Full-time/Hybrid (1-2 in-person client visits per week)
• Schedule: Flexible hours, 32-40 hours per week, including after-school hours (3pm-7pm)
• Patient Demographics: Children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum
• Expected Hours: 32-40 billable/non-billable hours per week
As a BCBA at Autism Support Chicago, You Will:
• Lead 1:1 ABA therapy sessions across various environments: at home, in school, and
within the community.
• Collect, analyze, and use data to drive meaningful progress for each child.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled therapists to refine and update treatment plans based
on data-driven insights.
• Be a strong communicator, working closely with supervisors and participating in ongoing
training and team meetings.
• Stay aligned with company policies while maintaining a compassionate, family-centered
approach to therapy.
