Blazer Jobs is now interviewing Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time school-based contracts across Tennessee , with immediate openings in Chattanooga, TN . This role is open to local professionals and travel BCBAs seeking a rewarding contract with excellent pay, benefits, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct and consultative support to students, staff, and families.
• Train teachers and paraprofessionals on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every student thrives.

Compensation & Benefits

Local BCBAs (W-2):

• Competitive hourly pay $44–$49/hr, paid weekly
• Full benefits: health, dental, and vision

Travel BCBAs (W-2):

• Weekly gross: $1,543–$1,693 (including tax-free stipends)
• Housing & meal allowances for eligible travelers

• Credentialing and licensure assistance

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Tennessee license.
• Prior school-based experience preferred.
