Business Operations Analyst

Location: Warren, MI (hybrid, in office Tues-Thurs)

Employment Type: W2 Contract, Full-Time Hours

Pay Range: $25-30/hr. DOE

An established organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication, process development, and project coordination. This role serves as a liaison between business units and project stakeholders, contributing to non-IT initiatives and supporting operational strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication across business units and project stakeholders
• Organize and maintain project data, reports, and business metrics
• Review and track contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements
• Develop work breakdown structures and document business processes
• Monitor budgets, control transactions, and analyze expenditures against goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Power BI big plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage time independently
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and business operations
• Comfort with financial analysis and forecasting
