Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Buyer in our facility located in St. Louis, MO. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies necessary to produce our pizzas. Tasks include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The Buyer will also collaborate with various departments to maintain product quality and production timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and purchasing raw materials and packaging supplies
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (SQF 9)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
