We have a great opportunity for an Senior Call Center Representative with a Pension and Benefits Fund.
This is a contract-to-permanent position for the right individual.
MUST HAVE call center experience.
Responsibilities :
- Process recipient information such as direct deposit, tax, change of address, etc.
- Research and advise the accounting department on returned pension benefit checks
- Review and prepare correspondence for electronic files that pertain to collection processes
- Communicate with pension recipients and banks to set up repayment agreements, collection letters and acknowledgements
- Search Internet Resources and Accurint site to update pension benefit information
- Prepare documentation needed to recover fraud or forgery claims
- Maintain list of all pension overpayments on Excel files
- Assist in recouping federal income tax overpayments
- Assist in responding to 1099 phone calls and preparation of 1099 forms
Qualifications:
- 1 year Call Center experience
- Experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, Finance, Processing, Accounting, Banking
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass skills test
- Background check and drug test required
Pay:
- $30 per hour
- 35 hour work week
