Job Title: Home Health Aide – Veteran Support Route CNA

Pay: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (bathing/showering)
Schedule: Per Diem / Flexible Hours

Core Duties
- Visit multiple homes daily to provide personal hygiene care and mobility assistance.
- Ensure Veterans maintain their routines and personal preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients and families.
- Represent Summit Home Care’s values with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
- CNA license or caregiving experience.
- Experience with multi-client routes a plus.
- Great time management and a reliable car.
- A heart for service and community connection.
