The Tallahassee, Florida law firm of Coppins Monroe, P.A. is seeking an associate attorney for a busy civil litigation practice.
The successful candidate must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and eligible to practice law in Florida, have at least three (3) years of civil litigation experience , be an independent thinker, skilled in critically analyzing and summarizing claims, exercising sound judgment, and developing and executing case strategy. Candidates must also be able to take and defend depositions, possess strong oral advocacy and research skills, and be proficient in drafting client communications, reports, pleadings, memoranda of law, brief writing, and summarizing depositions and discovery materials.
