Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Class A CDL Driver & Tree Laborer located in Woburn, MA. This role prioritizes safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines while delivering high-quality customer service and tree care support. CDL-A IS REQUIRED but experience in tree work is optional. This is a tree service labor position, where you will be driving commercial trucks to/from job sites and then completing tree care operations in between driving. We are willing to train the right candidate who is open to learning the tree service trade. Our yard is based in Woburn, MA and we serve Greater Boston and the North Shore.
CDL is required. Tree experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Arrive at our Woburn, MA yard at 6:00 AM daily, Monday through Friday. Additional weekend work is sometimes available and optional.
-Safely and skillfully drive/maneuver commercial trucks.
-Assist other staff with day to day operations.
-Safely operate chain saws, stump grinders, wood chippers, mini loaders, trucks, and towing trailers, etc.
-Perform basic daily maintenance. Greasing, fluid level checks, tire air pressure, saw cleaning.
Prior experience is great! But we will teach a highly motivated, intelligent individual everything they need to know in order to achieve success and internal growth inside the company.
Pay scale is $28 - $40/hr ., to be determined based on experience. Benefits such as PTO, clothing allowance, health insurance and retirement plans are available.
This is year round work with plenty of overtime available.
