Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and efficient Customer Service Representative for a Tier 1 support role with our client in Louisville, KY. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $16 to $17 per hour and is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role has the potential to transition from contract to hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, including order taking, verifying prescriptions, and addressing "where's my package" inquiries.
  • Manage outbound calls for prescription refills approved through doctors' offices, patient cues (electronic), lab calls, and general prescription refill requests.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain a KPI of 12 calls per hour or more, with 5 minutes allocated for system setup and note-taking.
  • Utilize downtime between calls for secondary tasks.
  • Train on various systems, including proprietary software, Salesforce, and Prime.
  • Push orders along the process efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Salesforce and Prime.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
