Pacific Autism Center for Education (PACE) is looking for enthusiastic and energetic BCBAs who are passionate about working with individuals affected by autism! If your objective is to provide behavioral support and program development to early intervention and elementary-aged clients, and work in a great team environment, then PACE wants to talk with you. Make and maintain your own schedule, while you supervise a well-trained staff! Must be able to work in-person at our clinic, Mon-Fri.

Essential Functions

• Provide behavior consultation to children in therapy sessions at the Faces San Jose clinic, Mon-Fri. No late nights required. Services include client assessment, direct interaction and observation, staff oversight and training, parent training, collaboration with other care providers, and report generation/record keeping.
• Review and develop functional and motivational behavior assessments, behavioral plans and interventions. Must be able to review and develop a system to collect behavioral data.
• Opportunity to mentor, train and supervise staff pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA.
