WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Operating of CNC multi-axis routers, mills, lathes, 3D Printers
• Implement various work holding and fixture methods, including vacuum fixtures.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and adjust during the manufacturing process.
• Perform quality control both during and at completion of the manufacturing process.
• Work Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm or 7am-7pm (overtime is available)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience as a CNC operator
• 3+ years experience with fixture setups
• Clear understanding of G and M codes.
• High level of familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machining.
• Experience with 5 axis routers, or 4/5 axis milling machines, live tooling CNC lathes.
• High level of tooling and fixture experience
• Ability to take ownership of entire manufacturing process from start to finish
• Ability to adapt between R&D and short production.
• Ability to multi-task.
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software
• Experience with Fanuc, Fagor, HAAS or Siemens control
• HAAS VPS programming or other conversational
• Familiarity with various composites and plastics, etc.
• Experience with CAD software like Solidworks
• High level of GD&T knowledge.
• 3D printing experience
