What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Estimating re-roofs, repairs, and new construction
✔️ Reviewing plans, specs, and scopes of work
✔️ Performing accurate takeoffs and cost breakdowns
✔️ Collaborating with sales, project management, and vendors
✔️ Using industry software like The Edge, PlanSwift, or Bluebeam
What You Bring:
✅ Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
✅ Expertise with TPO/PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing, and Coating systems
✅ Proficiency in estimating software and digital takeoffs (We use The Edge software)
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Self-driven and results-oriented
