Our client is a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company seeking a Communications Manager for a contract opportunity in Philadelphia, PA.

Communications Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Duration: c ontract until 12/31/2025

Pay rate: $35-$40/hr

Description:

Under the direction of Sr. Manager, the communications manager will support the department’s internal and external communications strategy and tactics for platforms, programs, and experiences that deliver value and impact for the company. This individual will be a key contributor on a highly dynamic communications team serving a cross-functional department.

Responsibilities:

• Supports development of strategic communications plans and messaging.
• Produces content for communication campaigns, websites, social media, employee blog, e-newsletters, executive summaries, quarterly reports, and other internal and external placements.
• Supports editorial planning and website updates for the department’s public platforms.
• Supports occasional video shoots for social media content capture.

Experience: 5+ years in a communications role

Education/Qualifications :

• Undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Portfolio of writing samples, required
