Position Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers
• Communicate with team members and project managers.
• Quality inspect PRE, premask and Mylars.
• Manufacture 3D PRE utilizing 3D printers.
• Manufacture Stencils, PRE and Premask per customer requirements.
• Package manufactured parts for shipping to customers.
• Coordinate production areas to produce jobs in an efficient manner.
• Create and produce aircraft temporary registration numbers utilizing latex printers.
• Create and produce fuselage identifiers .
• Identify materials correctly for specific jobs.
• Inventory for JIT ordering.
• Team lift up to 45 pound rolls of material to load machines.
• Work onsite daily.
Required Skills:
• High School diploma or higher.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience manufacturing paint premask, stencils and PRE (Protective Removable Equipment)
• Experience manufacturing 3D parts utilizing 3D printers.
• Experience utilizing Summa and Kongsberg plotters and drum cutters
