Maxwell Brooks is working with a highly-regarded Construction Law group in a Manhattan law firm that is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its team.
Must have at least 4 years of commercial construction litigation experience (not personal injury litigation) handling matters such as mechanic's liens, delay and breach of contract claims, among others. Experience with construction agreements is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
