Job Summary:

Citadel Contractor’s Inc., is seeking a highly experienced and qualified ambitious individual for the role of Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the preconstruction and construction of the project, delivering the project on schedule and on budget. This role requires a deep understanding of tilt-up methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

As Project Manager, you will collaborate extensively with our superintendents and engineers, providing you with comprehensive exposure across the entire construction lifecycle. Your key responsibilities may encompass:

• Provide accurate estimates
• Coordinate initial design phase with architect and engineer
• Review and coordinate construction documents
• Work with job site superintendent and foremen to plan organize, and direct activities of the project
• Initiate and maintain the relationship with the owner or general contractor to facilitate project
• Represent company in project meetings and attend coordination meetings
• Keep project on schedule through daily communication with project superintendent
• Keep project on budget by accurately estimating the project, monitoring job costs weekly, and initiating corrective actions
• Procurement and purchasing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management
• E xcellent managerial skills
• Concrete Construction experience preferred
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
