What you need:
Four year degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of equivalent work experience, or combination of 10 + years of industry relevant work experience, if no degree.
Must show 3 + years of employee company tenure, we value loyalty, don't want to see a lot of job hopping. Would love to see upward growth in your rise to Project Management.
Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees
Good analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to conduct job cost and cash flow analysis including the preparation of reports and budget management
Good understanding of contracts
Mastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools
Mastery of Microsoft Project and the implications of changes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
