Job Description
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Government Capital Projects and commercial
- Government contractor of government procurement, using pre-certified and qualified vendors
- New building and interior renovations
- Familiar with construction management at risk contract)
- GC license OR Bachelors
- Owners representation experience (someone who looks out for quality control of the building) on large scale govt projects (schools, offices, understanding how the process works)
Plusses:
- CAD drafting and design experience
Day to Day:
Attending owner architect meetings on the job site, reviewing plans and specifications, reviewing contract and for informants in the work in progress, won't be creating or negotiating contracts, making sure what they are contacted to do is getting done. Quality control and providing management reports. No travel other then PBC.
