Lateral Link is assisting a reputable boutique firm and repeat client with a new unposted opportunity for a Corporate Associate.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of corporate legal experience with a law firm is required.
The candidate should have experience with M&A transactions, LLC operating agreements, and corporate governance.
Familiarity or experience with entertainment contracts preferred but not required.
Strong ability to manage complex components of corporate and other transactional matters.
The group represents private equity investors and funds, portfolio companies of private equity funds and both public and private companies, in various industries, including media and entertainment, technology, fashion/apparel, real estate, lending, and others.
