Job Description
This position is fully on site, located near the Doral area, for a publicly traded company. The ideal candidate will have in corporate- experience with securities and corporate governance experience.

Responsibilities
- Advise on securities law compliance, corporate governance, and other legal matters that affect the company
- Prepare and review SEC filings, offering materials, and other legal documents
- Oversee corporate governance, including board and committee support, and manage outside counsel relationships
Requirements:
- 7+ years of corporate in-house experience
- Prior experience practicing in the corporate legal department of a public company
- Prior SEC, securities, and corporate governance experience, including supporting corporate board and secretary work
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law. Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
