Job Description

Our real estate client in Richmond is seeking an attorney with landlord/tenant litigation experience to join their in-house legal team. Qualified candidates will have:

• 4+ years of landlord/tenant experience
• Solid knowledge of the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act
• Ability to communicate with leasing and property management teams
• Employment and/or insurance defense experience a plus
• Good standing with the state bar

This role is hybrid from the company's office in Richmond, but has the potential to be remote for candidates outside the Richmond area. Candidate will report directly to the GC. Compensation is competitive, including base + bonus. Company culture is collegial and friendly, with very low turnover.
