As a Creative Designer, you will develop innovative design concepts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality creative solutions. Proficiency in design software and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Scope

This position reports to the NPD & BD Director CRP North America

Main activities

  • Brainstorming and generating innovative ideas for design projects
  • Developing visual concepts that align with the brand's identity and project goals
  • Creating visually appealing designs using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Producing a variety of design assets such as logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements
  • Work with marketing (as applicable)
  • Work with product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions
  • Participating in meetings to understand project requirements and provide design insights
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Actively seeking and incorporating feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members to refine and improve design outcomes.
  • Making revisions and adjustments based on feedback to achieve the desired result
  • Staying updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies
  • Conducting research to gather inspiration and ensure designs are current and relevant
  • Ensuring all design work maintains brand consistency and adheres to brand guidelines
  • Developing and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all design projects
  • Presenting design concepts and ideas to clients, stakeholders, and team members

Profile (Experience & qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Design
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative design role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
