We are searching for a Full Time Creative Director for our experiential marketing client. In this position you will be a strategic brand storyteller and creative leader, conceptualizing immersive experiences and transforming big ideas into unforgettable moments. As Creative Director, you will:

• Lead creative strategies and projects from inception to execution, building and guiding teams to deliver compelling experiential marketing work.
• Collaborate across offices and departments to define project strategies and drive creative alignment.
• Translate complex client needs into bold, actionable concepts that move audiences and spark engagement.
• Champion brand integrity, ensuring messaging and design align with client goals and internal standards.
• Inspire and model creative excellence, leading by example to energize and elevate those around you.

Who we’re searching for / About you:

• 5+ years of success leading creative teams across disciplines.
• A hybrid thinker with experience in traditional agencies, experiential shops, and/or brand-side roles.
• Deep understanding of experiential marketing, including environmental graphics, consumer engagement, digital integration, and storytelling.
• A masterful presenter and copywriter with the ability to visualize and articulate big ideas.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• A confident, collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional settings—including remote.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, marketing, communications, multimedia, or related field.
