Talent International is partnering with a fast-growing global leader in the component testing sector to hire a Customer Support Specialist for their Enfield, CT facility (5x days a week onsite) .

What you will be doing:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers—taking calls, scheduling work, and providing regular updates on project timelines.
- Coordinate closely with testing teams to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage a high call volume (50–75 calls daily) and scheduling for ~200 customers annually.
- Update schedules in Excel and internal systems while maintaining clear, professional communication.
What you bring:
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience (call center, customer service, or similar phone-based role).
- Strong communication skills with an upbeat, resilient personality
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech savvy with basic knowledge of Excel, email, and Microsoft Teams.
