Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Project Manager to lead and manage complex cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in areas such as cyber threats, incident investigation, vulnerability remediation, and cyber tabletop exercises. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scope statements, charter statements, and project plans to lead and manage core teams for successful project implementation.
• Continuously assess project progress, ensuring status reports are current and reflect real-time readiness, risks, and their ramifications.
• Prepare and deliver project progress/status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Create and deliver presentations tailored for all levels of management, including senior-level leaders.
• Quickly learn new technologies and become familiar with complex ordering and billing systems, including their supporting processes and organizational infrastructure.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring strategic alignment with business unit objectives.
• Ensure timely project completion and delivery by analyzing work plans and schedules.
• Determine resource requirements and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Act as a project team leader, addressing daily issues and escalations, and constructively resolving conflicts.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong background in cybersecurity, including cyber threats, incident investigation, vulnerability remediation, and cyber tabletop exercises.
• Proficiency in MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Excellent time and deliverables management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Proactive in identifying and escalating risks before they become issues.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and practices.
• PMI/PMP Certification is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of telecommunications technologies is a plus.

Pay Range: $70 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
