This role supports business licensing among retail locations. This role will open mail sent from jurisdictions (both physical mail as well as email) and scan it into the system and enter key details. This role will also mail licenses out to stores as well as checks to jurisdictions. Finally, this role may support additional data entry through reviewing jurisdictional requirements and entering findings into the system.
At least 3 years relevant experience required.
Technology Requirements: Ability to use a laptop, enter data into a system, basic excel skills
What does a typical day look like? Open mail that is sent in from jurisdictions, scan into the system, enter in required data. Mail out licenses to stores and checks to jurisdictions. May also support with additional data entry work such as looking up jurisdiction requirements on city/county/state websites and entering into system
Preferred background/prior work experience? Experience with business licensing or other regulatory experience is a plus
Priority soft skills: Communication skills a plus, ability to work well with others, ability to problem solve when necessary
