18 Wheels USA is hiring professional CDL A Company Drivers for our OTR or Dedicated long haul fleet. We are looking for experienced drivers who want consistent miles, top-of-the-line equipment, and a stable W2 position with a full benefits package.

Position Highlights:
Excellent Pay: Earn $0.60 to $0.65 CPM based on your verifiable experience.
High Miles: Average 2,800 - 3,200 miles per week with our dedicated long-haul contracts.
100% No-Touch Freight: All loads are drop and hook, keeping you moving and earning.
Premium Equipment: Drive a fully-loaded Kenworth T680 with an APU, inverter, and everything you need for comfort on the road.
Full W2 Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match .
Paid Orientation: Start your career with us on the right foot with a fully paid orientation.
Driver Requirements:
Required: Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Required: Must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years .
Must have a safe driving record and a professional attitude.
Ability to operate an ELD and manage routes effectively.
