We’re seeking a compassionate and self-directed Clinical Dietitian to join a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through thoughtful, individualized nutrition care. This hybrid role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, with time split between home-based documentation and field visits to hospitals, patient homes, treatment facilities, and occasional clinic work in Tukwila.

This is a slower-paced, patient-centered opportunity ideal for someone who values meaningful connections and clinical excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting patients undergoing infusion treatments for infections, nutrition support, pain management, cancer care, or chronic conditions—helping them feel more comfortable and supported during a challenging time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and direct outcome-oriented clinical nutrition care
  • Monitor and manage enteral and TPN patients in collaboration with pharmacists
  • Support quality improvement and resource management initiatives
  • Make independent clinical decisions that directly impact patient care

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
  • Washington Dietitian Certification or Nutritionist Certification (within 6 months of hire)
  • National CDR Registered Dietitian (upon hire)
  • At least 1 year of hospital or home care experience
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition
  • Experience across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Familiarity with developing nutrition-related forms, policies, and procedures

If you’re looking for a meaningful role that blends clinical impact with flexibility and autonomy, this could be the perfect fit.

$35.06 to $54.43 per hour annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
