ROLE OVERVIEW

As PR Director, you’ll drive client strategy, lead national media campaigns, and guide creative direction. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—overseeing media outreach, managing sensitive issues, and collaborating across teams to ensure culturally relevant storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead media strategy and execution for U.S. and digital campaigns
• Shape PR initiatives aligned with brand marketing and content goals
• Manage crisis communication and high-profile press moments
• Oversee PR budgets, timelines, and reporting
• Support speaking engagements and event publicity
• Mentor junior team members and foster professional growth
• Build strong media and industry relationships

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT

• 10+ years of PR experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong media relations and campaign storytelling skills
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams
• Skilled in reporting, analytics, and crisis management
• Experience managing events, budgets, and timelines
• Passionate about beauty, media, and multicultural marketing
• Strong communicator and collaborative team leader
