Job Title: Document Imaging Specialist
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Work Location: Onsite Only (Remote work not permitted)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Imaging Specialist to support a large-scale records digitization initiative. This project involves scanning and indexing approximately 1,400 confidential personnel files—comprising both active employee records and pension-related documents—into a SharePoint system. This is a mission-critical role requiring discretion, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed scanners to digitize paper-based HR documents.
- Prepare files for scanning (remove staples, unfold pages, organize documents).
- Ensure both sides of each page are captured and scanned correctly.
- Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Apply standardized naming conventions and index scanned documents in SharePoint.
- Carefully handle thick and sensitive personnel files with confidentiality and care.
- Maintain an efficient workflow while upholding a high level of precision.
- Follow all data privacy regulations and internal confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in document scanning, digital imaging, or records management is preferred.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive HR documents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a focused, repetitive task environment.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion.
- NDA must be signed prior to onboarding.
