📍 Location: On-site at 8731 NE Parvin Rd, Kansas City, MO

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Sell the ACT experience to professional drivers
• Source candidates via Tenstreet, referrals, and digital channels
• Conduct interviews, assess fit, and guide candidates through onboarding
• Track activity and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance
• Partner with truck driving schools and industry associations

✅ What You Bring:

• Experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers (required)
• Tenstreet experience (preferred)
• Sales mindset and closer’s mentality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of employment regulations
