Insight Global is currently seeking a Electrical Technician for a contract opportunity in Kentucky. This role can sit out of Louisville, KY, Lexington, KY and Earlington, KY. This technician installs and provides maintenance for electrical utility equipment, including relays, RTUs, and SCADA systems. Responsibilities include ensuring wiring is correct, various electrical installations, preparing reports. This role involves bypassing, isolating, and restoring substation equipment, developing cost estimates, and coordinating work schedules with various departments and contractors. Additionally, they maintain documentation, perform safety checks, and assist with commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment.
*** Compensation : starting at $31.64/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
