Job Title: Marketing Manager – Email Marketing (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $40–$49/hour depending on experience

Contract Length: 12-month W2 contract

Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours

You’ll lead high-impact email marketing campaigns across four distinct health-related business lines: virtual pharmacy, membership-based medical services, pay-per-visit options, and a health benefit connector. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute weekly email marketing campaigns from planning to deployment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop HTML templates and campaign flows; manage campaign creation, testing, peer/manager reviews, and bar-raising QA processes.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and ongoing data analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with managers and peers to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Report performance insights and propose 3–5 tactical tests/experiments per cycle.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data security standards.
• Tools used: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Asana, Quip, Knak (new platform—training provided), and HTML/CSS for email builds.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related marketing function.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations, and email best practices.
• Proficient in data reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a weekly cycle.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–4+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
• Previous experience working in a startup or with a major tech company.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
