Tenet Healthcare and Abrazo Brain & Spine are seeking a Spine Focused Neurosurgeon to join our growing neurosurgery program at the Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, Arizona (part of the Greater Phoenix area). This is a full-time, employed opportunity to become part of a collaborative, high-performing neuroscience team dedicated to exceptional care and strategic growth.

You’ll be joining a group that includes:

• 3 experienced neurosurgeons
• 7 hybrid neurologists (inpatient & outpatient)
• 1 interventional neurologist

Our team works in close partnership with hospital leadership and enjoys the support of a seasoned neurosurgery service line director who is focused solely on advancing this specialty.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed role
• Variable schedule with a mix of 2–3 days/week in clinic and OR
• Shared call responsibilities : 7–10 days/month
• Dedicated PA pool (1 PA per attending) to support both clinic and surgical work
• Collaborative, forward-thinking team with a shared vision for program development

Who We’re Looking For

• MD or DO with completion of accredited Neurosurgery residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a desire to contribute to program growth
